AiRight sent Gustavo Lizarraga to resolve a shower drain issue which required going down into the crawl space under the house.  Gustavo corrected shower and bathtub ABS sewer line piping and replaced an internally corroded piece of vertical cast iron pipe.  Gustavo was polite and efficient, provided detailed pictures of his work and the piece of cast iron pipe he removed.  Gustavo is an excellent plumber.

Adrian came out to fix plumbing issues. He was on time for appointment, also very knowledgeable, professional, plus very kind. So far I received his service twice this year and I am highly satisfied with his service. I recommend him

As a Realtor needing quick response for air conditioning emergency in Santee I was so impressed by AiRight last week. Terry was available by phone and text, he sent Mr Wonderful aka Carl to save the day! It was so hot, he took care of things quickly and was so nice. Adrian and Gustavo installed a water heater. They were communicative on when they would arrive. They were knowledgable, respectful, and patient when responding to my questions about service, product, and cost. The work appeared to be well planned, timely, and skilled. Terry was responsive and called on a Sunday evening for a Monday am appointment and appointment staff along with Adrian followed up Monday morning. I would definitely recommend and use AiRight again. My AC stopped blowing out cold air. I had another big company come out to take a look they spent 1 hour doing diagnostics and charged me $110 just for looking and wanted to charge me $8100 for the repair and I felt like I was being swindled so I called AiRight cooling for a second opinion and they sent out Jackie who took 15 minutes to figure out the problem and fixed it for $650. Jackie was professional, efficient and most of all honest. I just saved $7500!! Thanks to Jackie from AiRight Cooling
